It is circa 1939, Germany is struggling with a massive depression and the people have lost hope, but there is a self proclaimed leader by the name of Adolf Hitler and he has determined that Germany will take her place as the most powerful country on earth. His plans are to first consolidate the fractured government and then to quickly but firmly start to take control of the countries that surround Germany. He feels that the loss in WW I must be avenged and that the world needs to know once again the might of the Hinterland. He knows that this cannot be done alone, so he secretly establishes an Axis of other countries to become close partners in the quest to dominate the world. First is Italy and then Japan, each country also having ambitions of returning to the dominance of their past histories.

Along the way though, there was one country who seemed to stand in the way of the Axis and its quest to dominate Europe, and that was country was England. Hitler knew he either must control or destroy England and her Navy before declaring Europe in its entirety, a part of Germany. Simultaneously Japan was establishing its own powerful Navy so it might control the Pacific and thus America. The common enemy of England and America caused them to form the Allies with the rest of the world and to begin to build up and fight the Axis.
